Stand-Up, Stand-Out: 3-week Online Stand Up Comedy Course
Tue 26 May 20
Join comedian Paul ‘Silky’ White on Zoom, every Tuesday from 26 May, 6pm – 7.30pm, as he takes you through the basics of stand-up comedy, helps you develop your material, and gets you ready to take the stage.
Working with a small group over this course, you’ll put together your own, original 5 minute set, and along the way Paul will teach you to:
- Increase your presence, clarity and impact as a public speaker.
- Develop your confidence to communicate messages more memorably.
- Using elements drawn from stand-up comedy, improve engagement, and be more fluent in front of any audience.
Paul’s graduates have gone on to win national comedy competitions, appear on BGT, Big Brother, and more. Some have just had fun and made new friends!
Book your space below. Your booking confirmation email will include your link to access the Zoom sessions. Please keep this safe. Please check your junk / spam folder for any emails.
We have a number of bursary places available on this course. If cost is a barrier to you participating in this activity please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
