Your customer account can be accessed here. By logging into your customer account you will be able to manage your personal details, contact preferences, delivery addresses, payment cards and memberships. You will also be able to see your recent orders as well as access any e-tickets.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased online via our website here. These are available in any amount and can be used across all shows at the Lawrence Batley Theatre for up to one year.

Across a range of our events we offer discount and concession ticket prices. Our concession tickets are specifically for children under the age of 16 and those over the age of 65. 

We want to make our theatre as accessible and enjoyable for as many people as possible. Throughout our season we hold British Sign Language interpreted, Audio Described, Touch Tours and Relaxed Performances.

Companion tickets are free and should be booked directly through our Box Office. Please be aware our team may ask about the eligibility for a companion ticket. 

E-tickets can be accessed via your account and will also be emailed to you after purchase.

Can't find your e-tickets? Try searching orders@lawrencebatleytheatre in your inbox and spam/junk folders or log into your account and click 'e-tickets' to download.

E-tickets do not need to be printed. 

Please have your e-ticket ready to present on your mobile device when visiting us.

Get tickets to shows from as little as £5* when you register for our Kirklees Passport holder scheme. 

To access our Kirklees Passport holder ticket discounts, all you need to do is provide proof of eligibility by emailing a clear photo or photocopy of your Kirklees Passport to enquiries@thelbt.org or by visiting our Box Office in-person.

Once proof has been seen by our team, you will then be able to access the Kirklees Passport tickets online by logging in to your account on our website and choosing the performance you would like to attend. As long as you're logged into your account and Kirklees Passport tickets are available, then the discount will automatically be applied when you go to the checkout stage. Kirklees Passport tickets can also be booked through our Box Office by calling 01484 430528 or visiting us in-person.

*T's and C's - A limited number of tickets are available per show. Discount not available on all shows. Tickets available on a first-come-first-served basis. Discount not available in retrospect. 

Groups are entitled to one free ticket for every ten purchased across a variety of shows. Group offers will automatically be applied to your basket if available.

We offer school tickets for £10 across a selection of shows.

We welcome audience members of any age here at theatre! If you're considering bringing young children along we offer Babe-In-Arms tickets which allow children under the age of 18 months (unless otherwise specified at time of booking) to sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Please contact our Box Office to purchase these.

For In The Night Garden Live, all children over the age of 6 months will need a child ticket to attend the show. Babe-In-Arms tickets are available for children under the age of 6 months.
