Development Assistant (Fixed Term 12 Months)

Salary: £20,000 per annum pro rata. 
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Deadline: Fri 28 January 2022, 12noon

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for supporting the fundraising and development of live performance and innovative creative work at the Lawrence Batley Theatre. 

The recruited individual will help us to raise funding from trusts and foundations, individuals and corporate supporters.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months with possibility to extend. 

We are looking for:

  • Experience of working within a team.
  • Experience in professional written and phone communications.
  • Awareness of fundraising and donations in the charitable sector.
  • Positive outlook.

Casual Visitor Experience Assistants

Salary: Living Wage applies (currently £8.36 / £8.91 per hour depending on age)
Hours: Casual as and when required. We expect your availability to be no less than two shifts per week including weekends and evenings.

We are looking for a dynamic individuals with a passion for customer service to join our busy Visitor Experience Team on a casual basis.  

The recruited individuals will work as part of a team to ensure the successful operation of bars and catering, kiosk, box office and room hire events, with focus on high standards and excellent customer service.

We are looking for:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience of working within a team.
  • Positive outlook.
  • Must be at least 18 years old due to licensing laws.
