We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead Front of House operations at the Lawrence Batley Theatre and to play a key role as part of the theatre’s Senior Management team.

You will be responsible to the Chief Executive, be responsible for the Visitor Experience Team (comprising FOH, Box Office and Bar staff as well as our team of volunteers), and you will work closely with the other members of the Senior Management team as well as the theatre’s Board of Trustees.

We’re looking for:

  • At least 3 years’ customer service experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment.
  • Effective leadership and management experience.
  • Previous experience of licensed trading.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety guidelines and regulations.
