Talented people of Huddersfield, WE WANT YOU!
As part of our 30th birthday celebrations we’re hosting a day of entertainment in our Courtyard to showcase all of the incredible talent we have here in Huddersfield.
We’re looking for local singers, dancers, magicians, comedians and everything in between to take part.
Huddersfield’s Got Talent will take place on our outdoor stage in our beautiful Courtyard on Sat 24 August.
We have two categories for entries:
Performers Under 18 years old (ages 6 -17) - for the 2pm show.
Performers Over 18 years old - for the 7pm show.
Performances will take place in front of a panel of special guest judges with performers getting the opportunity to win some amazing prizes.
How to apply
Huddersfield's Got Talent is part of our 30th birthday celebrations. All money raised from the event will go towards our 30th birthday fundraising. As a registered charity (Charity No. 510693) we are aiming to raise £30,000 over our 30th year to help us to continue making an impact in Huddersfield.
To apply to take part we are asking for a registration fee. The registration fees are:
Under 18s & Over 18s - Individual performer: £5
Under 18s & Over 18s - Group performers: £10
To apply, please purchase the relevant membership below and pay the registration fee. In 24 hours you will then receive an email which will include a link to a full application form.
Deadline for applications is Wed 24 July. There are limited slots available. All applications will be considered and a decision will be made by our team. You will receive an email from us by Mon 29 July letting you know if you have been chosen to take part.

A few guidelines for entries...
- Our Courtyard stage is roughly 10 metres wide and 10 metres deep (please keep this in mind when considering your act and performance).
- We can provide technical support including: wired microphones, backing tracks, basic lighting. Anything more would need to be provided by you.
- All acts will be given a slot of no more than 8 minutes.
- All performances must have content suitable for all audiences- no explicit content or content which may offend please.
- Under 18 applications must be completed by a parent or guardian.
