All tickets booked at the Lawrence Batley Theatre, Huddersfield are subject to standard terms and conditions.  When purchasing tickets, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

1. All tickets purchased are non-refundable. However, if your ticket is for a sold-out event, the Box Office staff will attempt to re-sell it on your behalf.
2. The box office will exchange tickets for an alternative date and time of the same show up to 48 hours before the original ticketed performance.
3. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that tickets received are correct at point of purchase. When you receive your tickets please ensure they match your requirements. If you have any queries, contact the box office on 01484 430528.
4. When reduced price tickets are available, proof of entitlement is required at the time of purchase and on entry.
5. Persons attending as an accompanying carer are held responsible for assisting in the safety of their ward in the event of an evacuation or other emergency situation.
6. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
7. The management reserves the right to refuse admission. The theatre upholds a zero-tolerance policy for drunk, disorderly or abusive behaviour. We uphold the Sale of Alcohol Licensing Act 2003 and require ID for those under the age of 25 years.
8. Event information and pricing is accurate at the time of publishing. The theatre reserves the right to amend details as required, including performing artists. Performance duration times given are approximate, and the theatre does not hold responsibility for these timings being exceeded.
9. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to all performances or they will be refused admission. Lawrence Batley Theatre will accept no responsibility for unaccompanied minors.
10. It is the customers responsibility to purchase seats that are appropriate for their physical abilities, in the event of an emergency evacuation use of a lift is prohibited. The box office can advise customers in advance.
11. Tickets are purchased on the basis of one person per seat. For certain events, a Babe-In-Arms ticket may be purchased for a nominal fee, to allow a child under the age of 18 months (unless otherwise specified at time of booking) to sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. This does not include the front rows of the upper tiers. These tickets cannot be bought online.
12. £2 of the ticket price paid for certain shows goes to the Lawrence Batley Theatre building improvement fund. 
13. An online transaction fee of £2 is taken per transaction to cover the cost of our booking system. As a courtesy, the online transaction fee is waived for Lawrence Batley Theatre members, who pledge £30 a year to support us. More information can be found here.
14. Postage and ticket printing costs are applicable.
