The immigration and asylum support charity DASH are changing their name to IASK.
Come and help them launch at Lawrence Batley Theatre on Friday 27 October from 5:30pm.
There will be a showing of BAFTA award winning film For Sama, with the film maker Waad al Kataeb joining to share her experiences.

Tickets are £5 and £3 for concessions.

A note from the charity
From November 2023 our working name will be IASK – Immigration and Asylum Support Kirklees. Along with our new name, we will have a whole new look, logo and website. Earlier this year, we decided to change our name to better reflect the work we do and where we do it. So, from November, DASH will be IASK.
Our mission remains to work with people seeking asylum and refugees in Kirklees to help understand the complex asylum and immigration system and support with casework and welfare.
Our vision to help people seeking asylum and refugees live safe and fulfilling lives is clearer than ever.
Our dedicated team is the same, just growing.
