Coronavirus update: Plans to reopen

Posted on

A message from Chief Executive & Artistic Director, Henry Filloux-Bennett:

“Although at this point we are still unable to open, we have been doing an enormous amount of work over the past few months to make sure that when restrictions are eased, we are able to safely welcome our staff and audiences back to the Lawrence Batley Theatre. We are doing everything we can to ensure that you can feel confident to come back to the theatre, whether it be to watch, or to work. We have therefore already made a number of changes within the building, we have started a consultation process to ensure that our team feel able to safely return, and we shall be working with unions and a HR consultant over the coming weeks to make sure that we are in the best possible position when we are given the go-ahead. You can see an outline of some of our plans by clicking the button below and if you have any comments or queries please don’t hesitate to let us know on info@thelbt.org. In the meantime, I hope you’re well, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to the theatre in due course.”

Returning to work. Returning to watch
