Follow the lives and loves of a group of ladies - and one man - attending a weekly tap class in a dingy church hall run by ex-professional dancer, Mavis.

The well-intentioned but not over talented troupe attend dance class each week just for the fun of it, that is until they’re invited to perform at a charity gala.  As disbelief is replaced by sheer terror the group are transformed into triumphant tappers as they put in the performance of a lifetime.
