Following the success of last year’s event, once again the LBT is resurrecting our HALLOWE'EN HAPPENING: a frightful feast of all things outlandish and macabre with live music, exhibitions, magic, dancing and performances materialising all over our atmospheric Georgian building and a chance to party with the best-dressed undead this side of hereafter.

Be thrilled, chilled and thoroughly entertained as you take in specially-themed performances, films, art and music in a crazy, convivial night to remember.

So dust off your best fancy dress or funereal attire and join us for a scarily good night out.

Please note this event is strictly over 18s only

We are thrilled to be screening the world’s grooviest and downright raucous musical THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW which will have you howling along into the small hours, but before you dust off your dancing shoes and do the Time Warp, there's a feast of frightfully good acts to indulge in...

Watch yer goods and yer chattels as THIEVING MAGPIE deliver their distinctive stick-slapping rhythms

Feeling unwell? On death’s door? Make an appointment with sinister surgeon THE HUNT HACKER

Feast your eyes on incredible art depicting all things weird and wonderful with exhibitions all over the theatre.

Are you a surgeon or a butcher? Test your wits on SPLAT ANATOMY, a life-sized game of Operation.

Experience the crème de la crème of Leeds' jazz, dance and circus as the Deadpan Jazz Band bring their interpretation of THE RED SHOES. Narrated entirely by song, they'll drag you all the way to hell and back.

Special effects make-up artist DOUGLAS THOMPSON gets hands-on mutilating punters with seeping wounds and gruesome scars

Harrison Richards aka THE PERCEPTIONIST combines ancient mind reading methods with a cackling dose of humour

Master the legendary THRILLER dance with a professional choreographer

REST IS BEST based on the 19th Century novella The Yellow Wallpaper is our main drama offering and Catherine Traveller will be performing THE RED SHOES.

And if all that wasn’t enough to whet your appetite, guests can party the night away with our live band knocking out great balls of Hallowe’en cheese!
